Default rebuilding b16 head...Need Advice

I currently have a bad valve seal or two since i burn oil when decelerating and getting on the throttle or immediately when i pop vtec a cloud of smoke fills the air for a quick second then its gone. Im debating whether or not to take the head off the engine and get it all reconditioned or not. moneys alittle tight so im thinking off getting away with the seals only or should i do the guides too. im also gonna throw some new dual valve springs and titanium retainers what are some good spring and retainer combos. im also gonna throw in a gsr intake cam since i can get it for a good deal and ill already have everything pulled apart. Ive never rebuilt a head so what are some important things when rebuilding a head.

Dont worry about building the head w/ duals springs/retainers unless you plan on running aftermarket cams in the near future. It would just be a waste of money at this point. I would replace the seals and have the seats checked and call it good. fairly cheap and easy.
