I recently just bought a 2009 civic sedan. I noticed that the ***** that control the heater/ac only light it in the center. The part that actually turns does not light up. Is that normal or is it suppose to light up with a green marker? If so, is there a diy to replace the bulbs?

 

No, it should light up. Replace it under warranty.
