Spring rates Skunk 2 Springs?

Default Spring rates Skunk 2 Springs?

What are the spring rates of skunk2 coilovers and springs for integra and civic?

From what i heard the springs are better because the coilovers are known to freeze up and are only good for the track, but thats just what i've heard

spring rates for the older models are 8/6 for civic and 10/8 for integra
no sure if the 10/8= 10kg.mm/8kg.mm but 1kg.mm= 55.9lbs.inch
so 10x56= 560
8x56= 448

skunk 2 also has 500/400 instead of 10/8
so 500divided by 10=50
400divided by 8= 50

I guess skunk rounded down to 50 instead of using 56

Im running skunk2's integra rates 8's in front/10's in the rear with illuminas, shocks set at 3f/4r for street and 4f/5r for track
