I have a H23 I wanna make it a sleeper but I also do wanna go to crazy with it. I was thinking about rebuilding the motor using oem parts then boosting it but no more then 6 maybe 8 psi. just wanna know what everyone thinks I know it can be done but is it the way to go to not spend a lot of money yet make a somewhat fast sleeper.
