whats going to be easier to drop in? im most likely going to be doing this on my own or a buddies help.and what is it going to be looking like price wise?

 

For my first Honda,(95 dx coupe) I did a simple, cheap, B16 swap from Hmotorsonline. Before I put the motor in I put a 6 puck clutch in it, and then did I/H/E and a "can tuned" p28. I had a blast with it, wanted to turbo but I had to sell it! But finally got a new one so...hopefully I can go a little further with it.

Check out HMOTORSONLINE...they have great motors at good prices & they are easy to deal with!

 

B16 or B18(gsr) will be your best bet...

So a b18 gsr with an LSD trans would be good??

 

Yea..its pretty cheap and simple. The trans is your call, I did not get LSD with mine...I was going to wait until I had turbo or something...but yea a GSR would be nice for a first swap! At least I think.
