XR50 bogging

XR50 bogging
so i have a 2003 xr 50 with k&n filter, bbr exhaust, hyper C.D.I.
i have cleaned the carb out a few times and tried adjusting the clip position but it runs like crap on any but the 2nd position.
when i snap the throttle to WOT it wants to bog out but if i slowly open it up it revs fine. this makes doing wheelies a lot harder. and was wondering if any of you knew what would help remedy this problem.
ive also tried adjusting the air/fuel screw but it doesnt change anything at all now matter where i set it except top end
