Default Help with fuel filter job

I know the job isn't complicated, but it seems that the bolt going into the filter on the bottom is stuck. I tried some PB blaster, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I held the bottom of the filter with a 19mm wrench and tried popping the line loose, but I ended up somewhat stripping the bolt a little. I don't wanna go any further risking messing up the line. Any advice for this part? I got the top bolt off with no problems whatsoever. It just seems I don't have enough room to get any leverage since it seems seized on there.

Post pictures. Which bolt did you strip, the one on the filter or fuel line? I found that using two wrenches, one for the filter and one for the fuel line, in a squeezing scissor-like configuration breaks the bolt loose without a problem.

Now the bottom fuel line won't thread in all the way. Is there something special to this? Lol. This shouldn't be that much of a problem. I hand thread it until I feel resistance, pop in the bracket and use the wrench. It just stops. WTH.
Here's a pic of pretty much as far as I can get.

By "OEM" do you mean"
-VataZone OEM
-Or Honda OEM

cause VatoZone OEM you typically have to trade out the part once or twice cause the clerk cant just give you the right one the first time

Lol. It's a Honda filter. I've never had anything like this happen. Right now I'm glad that my ride is back together. The AZ around here is pretty good when it comes to parts though. It's the Advances around here that are kinda lost. Haha.
