building a head, got some questions...
I just got my B18B1 head back from the machine shop, had it pressure tested/resurfaced/valve grind and replacement. Unfortunately I mixed up the camshafts when I moved the engine parts. Questions...#1. Does it matter which side I put the on? #2. is there a specific order I have to put everything on in? I have a haynes manual for specs
Thanks for the info ahead of time

1) yes it does matter, one is an intake and one is an exhaust side
2) the cams are labeled IN and EX on the ends, the sides with the threads are for the cam sprockets, they go on the timing side of the head. The cam carriers are all labeled 1>2>3>4>5>6 and they have I or E for intake or exhaust side.
Make sure you follow torque specs, and use assembly lubricant on the carrier carrier journals and the cams themselves where there is metal to metal contact during a dry start before the oil reaches the head.
