Hey guys so im driving a 99 honda civic ex and im currently getting it painted black with green trim across the bottom, i first wanted my door moldings to be painted green aswell but he said i should think about it..what do you guys think? i feel like it will look pretty nice and its not like a huge strip its just the side moldings on the car and if anyone could help me find some pictures of cars with there moldings colored not like black but a real color i'd appreciate it.

the current colors are solid black with the 2010 synergy green (on the new camaro's) as the green.

If you want my honest opinion, I think it will look terrible. I think having your car solid black except for a couple of pieces will just look awkward because the green is so loud.

Since you are asking our opinions, mine is I would shave the moldings. I do not think there is much you can do with them to make them look good.

When I see cars with a piece painted a different color, my first thought is they got it off of another car probably. These particular moldings are not that great, so this is why I don't care for them that much. They are painted the same color to add a subtle enhancement. Going another color will bring them out too much.

I'm sorry if this is not the answer you were hoping for, but you asked for an opinion. Don't be upset.
