Check your main relay first. It's much more common than fuel pump failure on Hondas

when you turn the key can you hear the fuel pump priming?

Would be a slap in the face if you did all that work and it's not the issue.

Park the car in a quiet spot turn the key to III position (do not start) you will hear a hum that is the fuel pump priming.

When I had the main relay issue sometimes I would hear the hum sometimes and other times not, also crack open the main relay and look for cracks in the soldering, hopefully that is the issue.

Is it on hot starts or cold starts that you have this issue? I thought the main relay was the culprit if you couldn't start it up after the car had been driven.

make sure you drain all the gas. my dad forgot to do that once and got gas all over the garage floor. also, you probably shouldnt smoke if you have to drop the tank

When it's not starting and only cranking, have someone pound under the gas tank using a rubber mallet.

Glad you research and ask questions first before blaming on the pump!
