Obd0 b16 in 89 fx with hasport wire harness throwing code 4
It's a 89 civic dx with the dpfi to mpfi obd0 b16 vtec hasport harness. Started it and check engine light was on. Check code and it was code 4. Got another dizzy and still code 4. Any advice please
