I need help and suggestions. I want to paint my center caps gold and they are made of plastic. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Personally I used plastic paint you find at any store. It bonds well. Then when I felt I had enough coats I matched the paint to the wheel using wheel paint. Don't let the plastic paint fully cure though. 15-20 min after your last coat start the wheel paint.

 

So U use the plastic paint for the wheel paint to stick?

If you want to do it right, wet sand with 400 or so until dull, clean with wax/grease remover, spray with plastic adhesion promoter, then use your paint of choice.
