I'm in need of seat rails for the stock seat. I can't find them anywhere except from the dealer and BYS. They want an arm and a leg for the rails.

Does anyone know of a place I can purchase this or is anyone selling them??? My AP1 is just sitting and I need it to get going to DD from work and back. The 40 plus miles a day on the 05 TL is a killer on gas

 

You best bet is searching the classified section on s2ki. Most people don't split the rails from the oem seats though. The way honda sells everything with our seats is piece by piece, so everything costs a arm and a leg. Good luck!

I've been on everyday for the past week, week and a half and no luck what so ever. Seems like no one is coughing up stock rails if they upgrade to BYS or Sinu. Damn this is a hard buy.

 

Hmm, I just bought a pair of AP2 s2000 seats.
Those seats are the ones without the mesh headrest.
I can part out the seat rails but I don't know if it will fit your seats.
Somebody could put some info on this or you could do the research.
I bought the seats today and I can take pictures if you want.

driver side is the same and depending on what year you got the seats out of will determine if the passenger side will fit without modification...with that said, they'll fit, just with a little work...if you got them out of an 04-05, theyll fit no problem...if you got them out of anything newer than an 05, its going to need to be modified because the floor pan changed and the seats are slightly different, including the rails...hope that helped

 

were you the one on s2ki that i spoke to? i have both but the passenger is off a cr which is newer ap2 and will only fit 3 bolts out of 4.

 

I don't know if it was you that I spoke too... I've spoke to a lot of people My SN on S2KI.com is Mr._ap1... The ap2 will not fit unless modded to and I don't want to do that. I just want to it to both up and a member on s2ki said he has both for a 01 so we'll see about this.

 

OP, did you start a WTB thread on s2ki? That may be your best bet.

 

Someone sold me both rails for the stock seats. I haven't had the time to check on the rails and try them on yet so when I get the chance to I'll update. Thanks for the input guys.

 

I just read up on some rail swapping from civic/integra to s2000 seats and they remove the s2k seat pan and mount on the civic seat pan. If my seats have civic seat pans, would I still be able to mount the s2000 rails onto the s2k seats with the civic pan? Or would I have to get s2k pans also?
