Oil Sandwich adapter + stock oil cooler?
While looking at my options for locating my gauge sensors, I think I've come to a problem and wanted to ask.
I intended on running an oil pressure and oil temp sensor on an oil sandwich adapter, but the oil cooler is right there on our b18c5 blocks.
Doesn't look like it would be a good idea to run:
Block- oil cooler- oil sandwich adapter- oil filter
Seems like that's too much hanging off the block. Am I wrong?
With a 96+b18c1 or any B16, they don't have this oil cooler and could stick a oil sandwich adapter right to the block.
What's our options?

I've been running one on my ITR motor for over a year with no issues. Stock oil cooler intact as well.
The sandwich adapter should come with an extended nut for attaching the adapter and then threading the oil filter onto.
Replace your o-ring while it's all out. Route your oil pressure/temp lines so that it won't get dripped all over when you do oil changes.

Yes, mine has the extended nuts. That sounds funny!
Will do, thanks!!
