Whats the difference and is it noticeable between the hid front end or non hid. Oem worth it or aftermarket HIDS

 

OEM HIDs > aftermarket. But I guess it also depends on what you're after.

OEM HID lights give you the best lighting. If you put aftermarket HIDs into the non HID projector, the light cutoffs are not as crisp and the light isn't as clean either.

If you're after bling value and want blue light then it's cheaper and easier to just get non HID housings and put some random ebay 8k (or more) kit into it but that isn't gonna light up anything.

 

1st choice - OEM HID

2nd choice - Non HID but with any OEM hid retrofit. (projectors and 4300K bulb)

3rd choice - Non HID with at least OEM HID 4300K bulbs.

 

just get the oem hid and forget the headache

 

Oem Hid!!! If you doing it.....DO IT "REAL" BIG!!

 

OEM HID. I wish our USDM ITR's came with all the nice little goodies that the JDM ITR's did.

How's the beam pattern considering that the cars over there drive on the wrong side of the road?

 

I have a jdm front w HID's, Night driving is awesome with the HID's!

 

Any one know of any good sites to find a set of OEM HID headlights? I've been searching for a set and can't find any decent ones...

 

Good point. It is designed for RHD / left side of the road driving but the cutoffs are perfect and they won't really blind anyone because it's below eye level.
