Default Eastwood welders???

Anyone have experience with them. I'm looking at this for learning tig and fabbing small parts.

Looks to me to be a rebadged Chinese machine. I would look at the everlast machines they have a 185 amp ac/dc tig that's under a grand. I stay away from that Eastwood tig looks like garbage to me.

ac/dc makes things easy. IF you don't plan on doing aluminum and learning on an cheaper machine the forney at- 100 amp works great. I got it for 100 bucks and it's a nice machine. To tig you might be able to get that stuff for under 20 bucks.

From what I have been told is it is a off brand miller. It has the same controls as the miller models. I have used one it works great I don't have the money to own one though yet.

I don't know much about them, from what a guy told me, it was it was a off brand Miller. I know nothing compares to the real brands that are trusted like Miller and Lincoln.

hobart is another great option that will last you a lifetime. The hobart brand is made by miller but a lot less cash.
