Ek gsr turbo (what size injector I should use)
I wanna know what size injector I need for my set up. And for the safe side that I wont max it out! Heres what my set up is....(and yes I know my turbo too big for my set up but will Be build soon..)
Stock gsr motor
precision sc6176 bb turbo 63ar
Topmount manifold
38mm

240cc = 180-190whp
310cc = 200-220whp
370cc = 220-280whp
440cc = 280-330whp
550cc = 330whp-380whp
660cc = 380whp-425whp
720cc = 425whp-475whp
880cc = 475whp-525whp
1000cc = 525whp-600whp

go 1000's so you have more room to play around. On my stock gsr i ran RC1000's on a sc6152e at 13psi i made 375whp and 288 tq on E85.
Thats what I was think about using..the more the better so when I build my blocki wont need to grt bigger injector..would e85 run better or pump gas? and what is better?
x2 id1000's thats what I run. e85 is the way to go if you want to run a bunch of boost, but for a stock engine idk. A lot of guys say around 10psi max on stock sleeves. I think if you were going to step up into the range of 20 and higher with a build motor go e85 but then you need the extra fuel its about 30% more so go for 2000's
hehe

Like i asked earlier...
What are your goals?
What fuel pump or pumps do you plan on running?
What fuel?
What fuel pressure(depends on fuel pump and regulator)?

heheIf you have E85 available I would go with FIC 1150's You won't have to worry about running out of fuel on the stock bottom end. A walbro 255 in tank would also be enough for a stock motor as well. The rest of the fuel system you can leave stock.
^Im sure you are already aware but psi is irrelevant when talking about the limits of a motor but I would venture to say that no matter what turbo your running 10psi would be nowhere the limit of the stock sleeves on any turbo. People that blow their motors up at 10 psi should be questioning who tuned their car. BTW E85 is much safer to run, especially on a stock motor compared to pump gas.

i agree to... but i went overkill for later down the road... All this is sitting on shelfs in my my room... FIC 900s, Bosch 044, Fuelab FPR 90-120psi, AEM fuel rail, lines to add 044 between stock filter.
