Default 99 front brake and e-brake question

OK so I need to change the front rotors on my 99.. from what I get they put 2 stupid screws in to hold them in place right? Thats it?

Also is it possible to tighten the e brake in this car? If so where?

Yes, there is a door underneath the center console. It allows you to access the cables. Get a 12mm socket (easiest if you pull the console alltogether) and turn to your hearts content.
