Default Sudden jerks to the right - can it be fixed by an alignment?

I need an alignment anyways (I have a pull to the right).

But, after I got a lot of suspension work done (ball joints, axle, struts, control arm bushings), there is a this frequent jerk to the right when driving at a speed in excess of 35 mph. It happens like every ten seconds when going fast.

Will an alignment fix this, or could this a lose ball joint or something of that sort?

Help will be really appreciated!!

It'll either solve your problem, or make it clearer as to what is causing the problem.

I was hoping it's an alignment because getting one done anyways. If its something else, I want to be prepared for it, lol. It hurts less that way.
