Default D15b7 resistor box question

I currently have a d15b7 block in an 89 crx with dpfi.
I will be swapping a d15b7 intake mani in to it.

Currently I have:
D15b7 intake mani
obd1 dizzy
d15b7 injectors
p06 ecu
obd0-obd1 dizzy harness
" " ecu harness

Do i need a resistor box? I keep saying various threads with different answers. Some say the b7 injectors won't need it and others say it does. Any help would rock. I'm not looking to toss vtec in quite yet. Just looking to get my hands dirty, and these parts all fell into my hands.

with the b7's saturated injectors you do NOT need a res. box.

clear enough? :p

Crystal! Thanks a bunch.
Guess while I'm at it.

Currently I do not have the si throttle cable.
Does anyone have a pic of a "wrapped" stock cable.

Just so I can get a feeler for what it will look like.
