why am i getting no ???

On all cylinders you are not getting compression?
When/how did this occur?
Verify that your timing belt did not snap, and that the cam sprocket is still attached to the camshaft.
Verify that your gauge works, and is installed correctly.
Verify that your starter motor is engaging the flywheel and actually spinning the engine.
Verify that your injectors are not washing down the cylinders, pull oil dipstick and smell it for gasoline.

A little more info on your end as to why you are testing the compression would be helpful.

no compression on all cyl

crank shaft pulley came loose, changed timing belt after, tried to start motor, wouldnt turn over, put timing back to factory settings, all my timming is correct now, getting spark, getting fuel, motor would still not start, now doing compression test....

thinking gauge is broken, getting new one in morning. but when i hook up the line and dont attatch the gauge, i feel litle to no air coming out of top of tube

Did the belt lose tension?
If so its possible that the cam timing was far off enough to bend the valves in the head.
When the pulley came loose did the engine stop running?

yes stopped running at 70 mph in gear.
