can a 94 integra starter fit a 91 integra

i have a 1991 integra 5speed and i changed the starter. the starter i have now is the 94 integra starer i installed it and all i hear is a buzzing sound and it doesnt crank

It should be the same. Is it catching or just buzzing and doing nothing? If you dont have enough battery power it will just buzz and not crank.

hmm all i know is that its the same if its an LS.... i didnt know it would make noises .

They are diff. part numbers so I am not so sure they are the same. 94
