Default <<Can you drop a obd1 block in EF>>

Can you drop a obd1 block in EF with the same obd0 wire harness if you switch all sensors???

because my car is smoking white smoke...i have 95 non vtec head with stock HF mani with a D15B block ?

what do you guys think

should i just fix what ever it is or change the block to a 95 obd1 that i have laying around ?

OP, just so you know, it is not the block that carries an obd designation. On board diagnostics come from the distributor and ecu
