ok so i had fixed my car and it worked perfect and once again my car died while i was driving and i checked the fuses and its the number 14 it says for the alternator so i changed it and it worked fine again so what can it be thats making it blow its a obd1 ef could it be that i had broke the brown piece in the alternator that clips to the green plug n i changed it for a obd1 ls one i had it like that b4 n never had a problem? anybody know?

 

did you convert your whole wiring to obd1? if the plug on the alternator is broken it could be shorting out there and blowing the fuse every time it does. just a thought.

 

the plug used to be broken n i changed it for a ls one and im pretty sure all the harness is obd1 because i send it to rywire to be done
