Icon7 Got ripped on a block. need help. Head stud is jammed in block.

First, see this thread http://www.hondamarketplace.com/show....php?t=2909553 I will have pics up asap. My question is if the jammed head stud can stay in if it sits at the right height? Or will it affect the torque? I might have to TIG a piece of steel to the stud and use a long pipe to get it out! That's how hard it is in the block. Either way I have to heli coil the other 2 and weld the hole shut. Thanks for any help as I am quite angry at this transaction...

Mods delete. This was supposed to go in the regular forced induction forum. Sorry!
