No, they are not the best.
What is your budget?
What are you looking for? to be slammed or what?
What makes you want a camber kit?
What other suspension parts do you have? Sway bars?

I wouldn't put skunk2 suspension parts on my car if you gave them to me.
Their cams are a different story.
There is essentially a pretty small list of options for shock/spring or coilover options as far as I'm concerned.
by price, lowest to highest.
Progress CS-II
Srt. + Spring/coilover sleeve of choice (could be cheaper than previous option)
Koni/Ground control
PIC
AMR
That's pretty much it.

I'm pretty sure cusco makes coilovers for the ef and they I'm sure are top notch along with zeals too. I don't even know if they make them for the 92-95, but the like 4,000 for either set. Just throwing somthing else out there. I have also heard bad remarks about skunk2 coilovers.
The suspension parts they make are iffy. Sometimes they work out, sometimes they fail.
Such as their LCA bushings, and camber kits that have known issues with bushings, and slipping out of alignment.(camber changes)
I am speaking from experience with skunk'2s suspension. I am currently on skunk2 coilovers. The ride is horrible, handing isn't bad for what they are.
I don't hate them I don't love them.

I'm doing the same to my Sol this spring. I'm getting the Progress 350/350 coilovers and a full bushing set from Energy Suspension. I was wondering about sway and strut bars to add. I hear LCA's and pretty much anything for the rear end is just for show like the Beaks lower tie bar. Any input?

On my '96 hatch, I have Function & Form coilovers. I couldn't be happier. I've been on them for about 1 year already. The ride is stiff but nice. I'm pretty sure most would say the Koni/GC combo is great, but it depends on what you're looking for.
F all of those junky *** coilovers your in for a bumpy *** stiff ride. Function and Form type 1 coilovers are super clean if your on a budget. The type 2's are like a grand but extra smooth.
You will never hear me complaining about ride quality or handling of my OEM ITR suspension, rear LCA's or sway bars on my EH3. And the price was absolutely amazing....
Best thing I ever did was Si front and rear sway bars.
26/22 would be a great combo.
Did we ever get a budget? I love my Omnipower street coils (10k F and 8k R). If i were to ever get anything different I would run with the progress setup because they have replacement springs you can buy w/ different rates.
im running the kyb's with skunk2 springs and the ride is pretty comfortable not as stiff as i like but sway bars can help me out there cuz i dnt have any yet... but i like my setup im pleased with it especially cuz its my daily so i didnt go for the cheapest and try to take it on the track, or get track quality material and just abuse dailying it everyday... but thts just my input on wht ive done and have

If you don't want to upgrade again and money isn't an issue you've got these options:
Koni/Ground control ($800 shipped from THMotorsports)
AMR
PIC
Very safe to choose one of those.

im looking for something that can keep me safe on the streets that can take the stress of racing
and my upper chambers are shot
and no sway bar right now
Budget does matter and will keep people from wasting their time trying to guess at what you're willing to spend. It may not matter to you but if you want solid answers >$100-<$3,000 doesn't help anybody, including you.
