b16a second o2 sensor question

ok so i have a 89 crx and im pretty much done with my jdm b16a swap. i know i have to run a wire from the o2 sensor the the ecu plug pin C8 but there is a wire already there, do i just cut it and not use it?

ok the 1st gen b16a uses 2 o2 sensors if u dont have them both hooked up the engine wont perform at what is should.

if the wire is there just cut wire 2-3 inchs from harness. solder and use heat shrink.
