Default Brake pads for track

Hi all

I am replacing brake pads on my K20 Integra what pads would be good for a DD with some track day and auto x action? I am currently running stock calipers with brembo rotors.

Was looking at HP plus but I've heard they can be pretty loud when DD.

hp+ or axxis ultimates will be your best affordable options. i actually like the ultimates more than the hp+ similar level of performance and quiet

you should upgrade to the 23T brakes. REALLY improves the overall of the car

Run HPS for daily, switch to HP Plus for the track. The compounds are compatable. I ran HPS on the track with 282mm rotors and the pedal was a bit too low for heel-toe downshifting. I had plenty of braking power, but did not like the pedal position. I shall run the HP Plus next time.

i run hawks on the track and switch um out for the dd .. just dont go to aggressive for yr daily or you will end up chewing up the rotors faster than usual.

23T are also know as the itr/accord v6/legend brakes

hp+ or ultimates will waste new rotors with one set of pads

just how it is, the hps are much more rotor friendly but don't offer the same level of braking or have nearly the heat resistance
