What's wrong with this picture ??

Two weeks ago I hads a complete brake job done at my dealeship to the tune of $500.00. Last night coming home from work I hear a loud "clunking: sound coming from the left rear wheel area. Took the wheel off this morning and found this!!
2006 Civic Coupe

How should I proceed? Dealer is coming for the car
Holy ****, how do you **** that up? He put the bolt in, just in the wrong place. Its gonna be hard to raise hell, because they can always claim that you took it off after you got home. But still, I'd make a scene....**** that.
What do you mean " in the wrong place" ?
Incompetent work on a critical system - yes.
FAIL!!
Can these be easily removed by a VANDAL? I have wheel locks!

Believe it or not, the tech has 12-15 years experience on the job. The dealership came through though, flatbedded the vehicle, repaired the caliper, checked all four wheels, washed the car, topped off the fuel tank, drove my car back to my house, (25 miles one way), apologized greatly and flipped me 2 free oil services and I was only an hour and fifteen minutes late for work.
Thanks for the comments guys!

damn props, i'd list the dealership. I'd goto that dealership, if i was in your area. Thats good service. Considering they might had a lawsuit on their hand if you got hurt.

that thing looks like its been there for 18 000kms without service. if your going to pay 500$ for something that looks like ****. might aswell do it yourself and buy brand new parts
500 bucks for a brake job? dam i changed my rear rotors and brake pads and the accesories and paid only around 90 bucks plus i got to learn more bout my car while doing it but dang 500 bucks
I did a whole rear brake conversion on a '98 Civic (full rebuilt trailing arms - drum to disc) for $500. Ouch!
Glad you got it worked out though. Great customer service after that tech screwed up.
