Default d15b7 head on d15b2, will it work, and what can I expect?

I have a '90 wagovan with the stock d15b2. It has a stuck, or burnt valve, so instead of doing a valve job, I would like to just swap heads off a d15b7 I already have. Will I encounter any problems? What can I expect? I'm new to this, so I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

Head is the same but the cam may have a slight variance (I don't know if it'll actually affect performance). If in doubt use your old cam and it'll be the same as before.

Does it matter that the d15b2 is obd0 and the d15b7 is obd1? Are the plugs going to match up and such?
