Default Making my own Si Style Tail Lights? How?

I saw there was a couple people online that have made their own SI style tail lights for their civic and i would like to do that on my 4 door how would i go about doing this?

i was wondering how i can make my own stock tail lights into si style -_- not asking where i can get some... there are unlimited areas of the internet where i can get them i wanted to make some myself

Sorry, "Si" style??? What do you mean by this.....the Si had the same tail lights as any other civic during the same year.

The first thing you should do, is tell us what year your car is. I can probably help

im guessing this is for your 97 4dr?

have you ever seen any taillights that have been "homemade" ?

i'm pretty sure the taillight hard plastic lens is colored plastic, not painted on

which means you cant remove the yellow or red color from them, you can only make them darker (smoke)

If it's a 97 sedan, easy, there are two oem options

Either Acura EL outers..........


or it can be done along with a matching trunk lid like i did on my 96 sedan

thanks Deetz i was actually thinking about this but i can never find the trunk and lights anywhere know of a good place to find it?

Search Canada forums, they are all over the place...for real!

Kijiji is a popular search engine for finding private sales for cheap prices. I have an extra trunk lid left, but am all out of extra outers right now. Any other questions regarding purchase though, must be kept to pm's, thanks

^ this. Craigslist usage is pretty much non existent here in Canada, all we use is kijiji.
