can someone tell me if this is a GS-R Sway bar?

pretty much all early 90s to early 2000s honda civics and tegs looked like that, only way to tell is measure the OD and compair to here:

I believe there is a number on the bushing either 13 or 14 this is diameter if its the bushings that match the bar

edit - think the green stripe means 14

Does the sway bar look ok ? I'm about to get it but not sure if it looks ok?

looks like a stock swaybar, doesn't appear bent or anything, I wouldn't pay more than about 20-30 for it
