I'm looking for suggestions and opinions on a set up to run i have a 94 rs and I want to turbo it Iv always liked vtec and the lsv can be a great motor I know alot of people run the lsv n/a but i want to turbo.. I have an extra b18a in my garage i was gonna get a b16 head for n do the lsv but would i be wasting my money building that engine then putting a turbo on it? Would i be better off building up the ls head and just forget about the vtec?
Any and all suggestions welcome.. Except dumb ones

just go ls turbo it's more dependible. my friend ran 12.3 in a built ls turbo gs DA daily driver.
