Need help again Idle issue

Need help again Idle issue

So I got my car starting again(main relay issue)
but the idle keeps bouncing between 1200 and 2200 rpm
and when it at operating temprature 800 to 1500 rpm
I already cleaned the IACV and FTIV and still no luck
any other ideas, I also bled and refilled the coolant system still no luck
just need some advice

I'm guessing vacuum leak. This happend to me. Ended up being that a couple intake manifold bolts were loose. I just tightened them up and it went away.
