I'm taking notice to a few grinds here and there when I bust into the car from gear to gear unless I'm pausing on between. Being I bought the car used idk what's in there after the fact so I might as well change that out while I can. What do you all recommend?

 

Honda genuine mtf. Some people in here are going to tell you gm syncromesh or something else, and they are entitled to their opinion but you can never go wrong with what was designed to be in there.

Use 10w-30. It works if you want to be cheap but for temporary use only. Honda MTF is what they recommends. How much is GM oil?

 

oem honda mtf or 10w30. i put 10w30 in my k20 R tranny. works perfect

Yeah that's what I have now in my s4c. But I'm going to flush it out and put in some MTF because those engine oils doesn't have additives. Pretty much not good for the syncros.
