i read a thread here about a month ago about 90 acura integra da. im having the same issue i bought one with a bad head gasket changed it. one night me and my boy went to start the car, it started but idle above 1k and it would makes farting noise as if the motor almost want to jump out of the car.the car sat for two to three months with the same gas. some told me it could be bad gas it does sound like the timings off but no one seems to really know so i bought dry gas to make sure. im not sure if its a vacuum leak thats causing this or a bad sensors. if anyone knows help plz. oooo and the firing order was corrected. and still made the farting sound almost sounded as if i had after market cams. but its not looking good i need help where and what sensors should i look at and its a milled b18b head from a newer integra i put it on my b18a1block if anyone know i would be really thankful.

Change your title before your thread gets locked.

Sounds like air in the cooling system. Did you properly bleed it after you changed the head gasket?

 

Recheck both the valve and ign. timing. 94

 

sounds like ign timing off...timing belt probably off a tooth or two.

 

i had my boywhose a mechanic do the headgasket change but i dont tink he bled anything where can i bleed it. do i have to take the head of again this is the first time i had htis problem. and how can do the timing myelf. should i ontinue to do th dry gas
