5000 to spend on a car!!!!!!!

i have an h22a civic ill let got for 5 it does have rust and a bad looking paint job but it scoots should be in the low 13s i have a little over 7k into it

i have a 5th gen lude? 5 speed no rust pretty good paint, lil sun fade here and there but not bad. it has a new h22a4 with all the paper work. and new clutch with all the paper work. few mods if ur interested hit me back.
