Big give away is the intake manifold. Search it and youll see why. A type R manifold will not fit in a Gsr head so most likely the Gsr will either have the stock looking intake manifold or an aftermarket brand which looks similar to a Type R manifold.
You can also look at the throttle cable bracket. The gsr will tend to stick up whereas the Type R bracket stays low. I cant really explain it but if you look at pics you can see what I mean. This only applies for stock gsr manifold
Other factors include the header however, I ruled this out because the type R header is interchangeable with the Gsr head so you cant really tell. However, the intake manifold is non interchangeable

Intake manifold can be swapped easily with look alike designs, the best way is to simply look at the cylinder head stamp!
P72 - SiRG, same as gsr
PR3- has either a B16 or Type R head on it, and the intake manifold willl be stamped P73 on the back of it

The Gsr intake manifold is a dead giveaway. That manifold also only fits on the p72 head.
