Default K20A2

over the last fall I had my car the block was blown and chamber 1 piston also broke on me.I was just wonder if i get a new block with new piston will my old head still be working good?what kind after market piston should i get?Anyone want to tell me how a good head looks like and a bad head looks like?

well first off, its hard to tell if we can't see a picture of your situation....

Also what are you're goals? what do you have done to the car in terms of performance? No point in wasting money on pistons and rods if you ain't going to be making enough power to justify the cost of them... unless money isn't an issue which I'm not sure is the case I think cause you are try to save your old head!

A. If you have your head off, might as well have it inspected for cracks and deck or even mill it

B. I like Wiesco Pistons. But the shape will depend if you want o boost or go NA.

C. Its more then just the look of the head. You have to measure it. Take it to a local race or machine shop.
