I'd rather pound the bitch pin than drop the tranny

It is super hard to get it out with just unbolting the tranny. i tried it once and there isnt enough room in the bay to slide the motor over. Take out the bitch pin and pull it all out together.

Anybody with bitch pin problems should just fab one of these up. I made this after my first struggle with the stupid Honda bitch pin years ago. I pop them right out now

I just use a flat punch the same size as the pin and a hammer works great. I dont see why people have a problem with them.

^^x2! Dude I completely agree, it's the easiest thing ever. I use the same method and it takes me like 2 minutes everytime. Super easy.

I've never had a problem with the "bitch" pin. Punches and hammers were made for a reason. By the time you plug in an air compressor, and drag an air chisel under there, it'd be out and you'd be on your way.

Ive done like 100 swaps no joke and most of the time it is difficult to get that pin out with a punch. When Im doing a swap I already have the air compressor working so its not a big deal to break out a chisel. especially since it takes 2 sec to get the pin out with the air chisel. Plus that is your shifter selector. Do you really want to be beating on that with a hammer? You could bend it or break something inside the tranny.

LMAO! Once you go chisel ha ha I like it Lets just all agree, air chisle works great and so does a hammer and punch. If you really wanna do it the safest/best way just be like me and hulk out, take a punch and push it out with your hand. HULK SMASH!!
