Default Rod bearings

hey guys i just bought a b18c1 bottem end with p72 pistons ls rods and ls crank. he had the crank truned so he said that i needed under sized bearings for it by .10. where would i get those at?

Agreed. Have a shop mic the crank and confirm. Better yet, bring the rods and crank to them to a) inspect the bearing surface and b) measure both rod and crank so they can very accurately measure your clearances. It'll also give you an opportunity to confirm that the previous work was done well.

Nothing worse than building on a poor foundation, you end up with 2X the parts cost and 3X labor (build, tear down, build).

Measure twice, cut once - an old carpenter's saying. Applies here somehow...

i spoke to the shop that did it and they said that i need undersized bearing of -.10

i agree with vrrodri. take it to a reputable machine shop, say "heres my crank, heres my rods,can you order me some bearings."
