Price: $ 400 firm dead set on price

Description:
NO TRADES.
Mint *** 14in hx wheels with all center caps and new tires.
No bends, cracks, chips, broken caps etc.
I think there is a 1-2 in light rash but its REAL hard to notice.
All tires have maybe 25 miles on them. Still have the prickles on them.
So my price is dead set on price
