whats the skinniest lug nut out there?

i have hiraki racing wheels. 4x100 and i have the "slim" lug nuts from Azone.
the key for them has be grinded down to be very thin.

i even had to take a carbide bur to the inside of lug nut area in the wheel.
i jus cant get the lug nuts on without jammin in the key and getting it stuck.

so...how the crap did people use these before????

i have xtended lug studs. which doesnt matter but i need open ended nuts. or i can jus cut off the end on closed ended nuts..
