Need help with prelude.
I got a couple questions. I have a 93 prelude SI, it has a H23 Engine and couple small mods. Intake, headers, transmission swap (auto to manual), and exhaust with a silencer on it.
I am wondering is the H23 even worth keepin in it or should i save for H22 Vtec.
and I am having overheating problems. I am about 99 percent sure its my thermostat and water pump. water pump is leaking, or at least leakingin the general area. I don think is head gasket, no milky oil or smoke. I am going to aim for a nice JDM lookin prelude. Its so far a GREAT car. I love it. I want a civic but i am thinking i might keep it.
So please im a little new to all this car stuff, so if yall have ANY information to give me please, do not hesitate.

put an h22 head on the h23 block(h23 Vtec), it'd be a killer...oh and if you want to do that you'll have to rig the engine harness for vtec but thats not too hard and you'll have to get a p13 ecu or a p28 with the h22 map

I wouldn't boost a h22 without aftermarket pistons (Mahle Gold Series) or sleeved and other forged pistons, more than 50% crack ringlands on stock pistons and they're dyno tuned
Im liking the info yall keep it coming. I plan for that H22 block and i figured since the H23 was non vtec they made it a little stronger and for that it could hold that turbo more
