00 Civic tokico shocks and coilovers - scrubbing on right rear during left hand turns
2000 honda civic si with tokico illumina shocks and gc coilovers. ive been riding with a negative camber with no issues other than accelerated tire wear. i attempted to fix this issue with an adjustable camber kit. now im scrubbing. specifically on the right rear during left hand turns. i tried adjusting the coilovers a lil bit higher to avoid this and it has gotten slightly better but still has a slight scrub. was talkin to dude this weekend about his setup and he said top hats on his konis with no issues. he sits lower and doesnt scrub. wtf? is there a top hat for my setup? i also have a rear lower strut on the way which may help with body sway.
make a space in your speech. its hard to read.
he could have better bushings. you should start replacing them right about yesterday.
also same tires as him??
try swapping wheels for the day and see what happens

the negative camber prevented you from scrubbing. the alignment brought it more positive, and closer to the wheel arch.
you either need to make the camber negative again, or raise the car up some more, or roll the fenders...

ok. so the top hats wouldnt help?
whats involved in rollin the fenders? somethin i can do myself or do i need to take it to a body shop?

if you provide the complete tire size (205/?/17) and the entire wheel measurement 17" x what width? what offset? we might be able to help you more.
