car: 93 civic Lx manual mini me swap Subs and amp. the problem has started out of nowhere. No installs or anything right before the problem occured.

So I searched but a few of the results that matched were with the key on and lights on etc, so it didnt match my problems.

When I turned my car off, removed the key, exited the car and closed the door I saw the lights didnt go all the way off. I got back in the car to make sure everything eas off and it was. But as I sat for a minute the lights started clicking and flashing intermittenly. Like as if if was moving the positive terminal on the battery around with the key on. i will post video later. Any help p[lease? its not doing it at this current moment. Yesterday was raining so my headlights were on. I did see another user comment about the headlight switch going out but my problem was with KEY OFF ENGINE OFF. :Scratching my head:

 

Could be the ignition switch.

 

Well i have a similar problem but i think the clutch pedal needs to be adjusted....let me explain.
When I go to start the car sometimes I *think* I have to push the clutch extra hard to start it because the lights come on but no start. But this may be the ignition switch going up and NOT me having to push harder on the cluch pedal. Though I do need to check my clutch pedal on another note.
