Default B18 built block

So, I took apart i GSR block that I bought for a hundred bucks the other day. All I was looking to get out of that short block was just the oil pump, girdle, main caps, and windage tray, and oil pick up. Turns out, the block was built with H-beam rods and JE pistons. Does anyone know what i should measure to see if this is a stroker kit?

measure the length of the rods...and compare to oem... anything shorter than oem rods is a stroker...
