Icon2 94 civic: hazard, horn and brake light problem..possible connection?

If this is a repost. Im sorry I did look but nothing similar came up. I have a 94 civic I just picked up and everything was workin fine now I noticed the other day my hazzardsand horn were not workin so I figured a fuse and decided to look at it later. Till I noticed that the breaklights whouldnt turn on I mean my head lights were on as well and the taillight but when the break is pressed the brake lights will not go on or brightin up instef there just lit up like I didn't brake even the third breaklight does not go off so my question is it possible for these to be connected somehow? How can i get it fixed? The fuses I checked are not popped unless im lookin at the wrong fuse which I doubt but u never kno any helps greatly appreciated

You'll find nice fuse box diagrams in the FAQs sticky.

It's those two fuses you need to test.

Click the Test Fuses link in my signature. It's also in the FAQs sticky (section 16a).

What were the voltage test results? Did you test the right fuses?

Fuses 42 and 43 are unlabeled in the diagram I posted. They are the two blank fuse slots located directly below fuse 41.

Test for voltage at BOTH top test tabs of each fuse.

41 volts? Should be about 12.5 volts to body ground at each tab. It's unlikely you are testing voltage correctly. Did you click the Test Fuses link and read the method for how to measure voltage?

Describe how you did this test and what multimeter setting was used. Post pictures.
