Default Newly Developed Leak,Please help!!!

Here's the background on the car: I have a 03 accord V6 with automatic transmission and this week I have done the following maint.
-timing belt
-water pump
-timing belt tensioner
-serp belt
-serp belt tensioner
-oil/filter change
-tranny flush
-balance/rotate tires
I put 20-30 miles on it after completing the timing belt/water pump maint. to check for leaks with no discrepancies at all. A couple days later I took it to a shop to use a lift and there is where I changed oil, balanced tires, and drained tranny. At this point I hadn't read up on the procedure and didn't plan on doing the flushing. So I lowered the car and (now know) improperly serviced the transmission. My tranny holds 3.1qts (capacity anyway) so while in a rush (the shop was closing) I just put 3 qts in without cycling thru the gears at all. Well after I cycled thru the gears I checked it and it check high. I drove it home like this(10 miles) checked it again well it checked high and had developed a leak. I decided to go thru with the flushing procedure and now with it serviced properly and all flushed out I still have a leak from between where the engine and tranny meet, it looks like a rear main seal but as I said before I didn't have this leak at all until I serviced the transmission. Is it possible that an overserviced tranny would cause an input shaft seal leak?Does anyone have any repair ideas that don't involve seperating the engine/tranny? Sorry for the long post and THANKS for the help!!!
