I was just checkn up on my car this morning and I noticed that the reservoir was low so I opened up the cap and found some black specks... Turns out to be specs of oil... does that mean a blown head gasket?

 

Empty reservoir + oil in the coolant indeed suggests a blown head gasket.

 

My radiator does have a crack in it also... but i checked the oil cap and there was no gooey junk, nor did the exhaust show white smoke after a 5 min drive...
